Q. What do I need to start my own site ? A. We will need at least 500 photos (or 300 photos and 10 video clips) of you to start building your site. Photos should be taken with a decent digital camera - no webcam captures, please! - and should be at least 800x600 in size. You can email photos, upload them to us, or send them to us on CD. NaughtyBBW takes care of your domain registration (unless you already have a domain), your hosting, your transaction processing, member management, site protection and most of your marketing! You will then need to provide material for weekly updates to your site in the form of photos or video clips. An update should consist of at least 30 photos or a video clip that is at least 2 minutes long. You can send photos a week at a time, or many at once to be used over several weeks' updates.Top |

| Q. I already have a site, but I would like to add my site to a network -- can you help?? A. Yes! We offer solutions for existing amateur sites that will take care of your billing and member management needs and give your members lots of new content every week! If you have an existing site, you have the ability to choose from a variety of network solutions!
You can choose any combination of these options for your site and still be a part of our network! If you have existing recurring members, you will still be able to retain those members. New memberships will be processed by our 3rd-party processor and sales automatically split between you and NaughtyBBW. |

| Q. Is there an age limit or body type requirement? A. Other than being of legal age (over 18), there are no age limits. Surfers love women of all ages, colors and shapes! We prefer that amateurs on our network be BBW or "curvy" women, as that is the specific type of traffic we bring to our network sites. If you are not a voluptuous woman, we can refer you to one of several networks that are better suited for a more slender form. :-)To |

| Q. How much does this cost to get started? A. Provided you already have a camera and computer, there are no costs involved with starting your new site! You will need to be devoted to your new site in order for it to be successful, and the most successful amateur sites rely on the interaction of the amateur with her site. |

| Q. How much can I earn with my site? A. There are no guarantees as to how much a site will earn. Much of a site's success depends on the quality and quantity of photos/videos and the key to a successful amateur site is YOUR dedication to your site. Sites where the amateur is an integral part of the day-to-day activities of the site are always more successful than a site where a model simply sends in photos. How do I interact with my site, you ask? Well, there are several ways you can do this. The simplest is answering your fan mail and corresponding with your members. And one of the fastest ways to draw attention to your new site is to do cam shows at least weekly on one of our approved cam networks! Amateurs that also promote themselves and their site in online groups and clubs, via chat and in other ways, usually show markedly better revenues than sites that are not promoted in this way. When we design, host and maintain your site, AND you do weekly cam shows, we split the site's revenue with you 50/50. If you can't or don't want to do weekly cam shows, we split the revenue with you 60/40. This can be changed at any time depending on your personal ability and desire to do live cams. If you are maintaining your own site, then we split the site's revenue with you 35/65, whether or not you are doing weekly cam shows. If you have an existing site that meets the basic starting site requirements but does NOT update, your site can still be part of the network, and the site's revenue will be split 60/40 (as we would be essentially providing all content updates for your members). You would still be required to provide affiliate program marketing materials to us periodically and do your own traffic-building. Each membership fee is $12.95 for a 5-day trial, recurring at $24.95 per month via credit cards, phone billing, or online checks. Recurring members also get a $1.00 discount per rebill for 6 rebills, enticing them to stay longer. We also offer 3 month memberships at $49.95. You will be paid automatically via check by our processor every week. You will be able to check your site's subscription statistics at any time. Your site will also be part of our affiliate program which brings in additional revenues than you would get through standard amateur site marketing techniques alone. |

Q. What kind of photos or videos do I need? A. You can provide whatever sort of photos/videos you feel comfortable doing! Some
amateurs are very hardcore while others take
a softer approach. Both are good and work well
within our niche. We prefer to get your photos in their raw, unedited state so we can compress, resize and color-correct them if need be. We can also create video clips for your site from VHS, VHS-C or mini-DV tapes, as well as raw MPG or AVI files! |

If you cannot provide enough content in a timely and consistent manner for your site, you do not need to have an amateur site. You will need to provide material for weekly updates to your site in the form of photos or video clips. An update should consist of at least 30 photos or a video clip that is at least 2 minutes long. You can send photos a week at a time, or many at once to be used over several weeks' updates.TT |

| Q. Can I sell my panties, videos or other products? A. We can sell your videos for you, but panties, photos and other product sales are currently unavailable. We handle all duplication and shipping of your videos and you will be able to offer your videos for sale on DVD or VHS. Video sales will be split between NaughtyBBW and you and you will be paid weekly for your video sales. |

Q. Can I do cam shows or do I have to do cam shows? A. This is up to you. WebCam shows done weekly on one of our approved cam networks will not only earn you more money via NaughtyBBW (if we are maintaining your site), but you will also get more exposure to potential new members each and every time you do a show!Top When we design, host and maintain your site, AND you do weekly cam shows, we split the site's revenue with you 50/50. A. You will be paid weekly by our processor via check for your site membership sales. You will be paid for your video sales weekly by us via check or other pre-arranged method. If you do 1-on-1 cam shows (this is different from your weekly shows), you will be paid by the cam network for your 1-on-1 earnings. |
